Implemented a new authentication method to improve success rates for over 7 million monthly customer sign-ins.
Designed a new payment method for sports fans to make larger plays and transfers from the Sportsbook apps.
Conducted foundational user research for the first MVP of Cisco’s new design system documentation site.
Redesigned an accounting firm’s website to improve customer wayfinding and contact rates.
Designing for highly-regulated domains makes me great at navigating complex ambiguity and collaboration in a variety of work environments.
My Bachelor of Design study at York University & Sheridan College prepares me with excellent skills in design craft and a sharp eye for detail.
My early career as a web developer has honed my systems-thinking and ability to work with technicalities and code (HTML, CSS, JS, GitHub, and more).
I've taught overseas and mentored at events, online, and in my current role as a lead designer, which has built my communication, mentorship, and leadership skills.
When I'm not designing, I enjoy travel, nature getaways, video games, playing guitar, and cooking.
