Hi there! My name's Caitlin, and I graduated from the York University & Sheridan College Bachelor of Design program in Toronto. I love learning and trying new things so after graduating, I took off to teach overseas in a foreign country while freelancing in design as a side hustle. I eventually returned to Canada to study UX/UI & front-end code before landing my first gig as a web developer. This journey brought me to my current focus on UX/UI, and has made me a really empathetic designer for the people building our products as well as those who use them.

As an individual, I deeply value community, ongoing self-development, and growing outside of my comfort zone. My peers have described me as thoughtful, articulate, wise, and self-aware. Outside of design, you'll usually find me discovering new nature spots, playing Steam games, watching something sci-fi, or reading about psychology & mental health.
